We offer a narrow  range of hiring  solutions to suit your needs including sourcing, candidate profiling, permanent hire, multi-lingual  recruitment, and executive search.

We serve a variety of sectors and industries in and outside Switzerland including automotive engineering, medical technologies, computer vision and IT sectors, recruiting for innovation, product, project, marketing and sales functions. Our job is to provide your company with the most effective tools to source or hire candidates that are an excellent fit for your company,  regardless of the industry you work in.

From sourcing referrals, writing and posting effective initial job postings, our pool of potential candidates is quite large. 

Candidates and clients are supported  all the way through the process, from the initial screening call to the offer signing and return. 

We use an effective method known as T-STAR  recruitment, which essential entails performing a minimum of 24 steps in our process. 

We’ll consult directly with you and your hiring team to understand what you’re looking for in your candidates and then contact each one directly on your behalf to scope out their qualifications.

It means you only see the most viable applicants that we’re confident will be a good fit for your colleagues and business. 

Our value comes from candidate relationship marketing and translating that to post hire tenure which averages over 4 years – more than covering any services charge incurred. 

We use a wealth of resources to help source local and international talent.

Like you we have access to LinkedIn, we also founded and manage unlisted and listed groups.

This together with access to various online databases means are creative in our approach. Sourcing with Google or patent registration search, or conference attendee lists and webinar speakers are just a few of our methods.

Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter are used to help generate awareness and interest in open positions. These mediums also help us to add to our own pipelines of potential future hires.

This is all underpinned with our referral requests and suggestions of potential passive candidates who may be of interest.  

The length of time it takes to find qualified and suitable candidates depends on your desire to hire, complexity of profile experience and skill needs that you may have. 

That’s why we’re always on the lookout for future talent for our clients because succession planning and international or innovation projects can occur at any time. 

It typically takes us a few days to locate candidates, to compile a list of “possibles” and then time is taken to conduct the first round of interviews.

This can be as short as a week or as long as 30 days depending upon the person sought.

Clients have asked us to provide 1, 3, 5 or 10 candidates for interview and screening. This timeline can take another 30 days or more depending upon hiring manager or team commitments and availability to interview. 

Our average time to source and present to interview will take 22 to 54 days, for specialist roles and highly technical hires of international candidates, this can take longer for face to face interviews in-person to occur. 

We can and you can be as involved as you want to be.
