Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

Role:

Work as Chip or Sub-system team lead towards IC requirement definition, with some supplier, academic and potential customer engagement

Use recommended design and verification techniques, tools, and flow to produce efficient designs which meet specified objectives or agreed revisions. 

Interact and participate with a cross functional team based in and outside Switzerland

Document, compile library – import/export information as needed for a successful execution of a task, requirement or project step

Successfully integrate blocks into larger mixed-signal systems

Mentor junior integrated circuit design engineers

Your Requirements:

Electrical Engineering degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience ( Masters preferred – PhD a plus )

Experienced working on and simulating analog blocks as well as evaluating silicon design (pre / post)

Ability to think conceptually and to demonstrate design thinking using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Investigative mind, not afraid to take time out to think of new solutions 

Strong inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills are needed to be able to work in a diverse, multi-cultural and international office of work.

Is capable of taking on a sub-system leadership role

Is able to work a circuit design role, and to contribute to the development of new products from architecture selection to implementation and debug

Has experience mentoring and managing a team of 4 or more engineers (remote or local)

Is already in Switzerland or has an EU citizenship and is not limited to permit application support
