About the job

The key requirements of this role is ownership of all things marketing together your assistant and colleague.

You will have a key role and the opportunity to grow inside the organsation as the growth happens as this is a designated future CMO hire. 

Required Skills and Experience

CIM and a Master`s degree in Marketing or Business

Hospitality software experience evident in current or past employment 

Start-up or young company experience a plus

3 years of hands-on agency experience with developing digital campaigns using LinkedIn, Twitter and traditional or niche media solutions

Experience in the business technology market, and expertise working closely with sales, developers, product managers and teams in SaaS solutions or related technical fields.

Attend industry functions and be the “face of the company”

Model threats and opportunities, gather technical data and identify new product or development opportunities.

Support Account Managers and Sales Engineering teams as needed through all phases of new customer engagement. This will include reviewing existing learning and support resources for customers and colleagues.

Interview Process:

  • CV Submission – HR screening call and explanation of simple exercise of understanding for the first formal interview
  • First Interview – Exercise and Ideas – 15 minute presentation – HR and Sales Manager
  • Second interview – Sales Manager, CEO and HR including Product Campaign Exercise and ROI presentation
  • Final Interview – Agreement of terms

Candidate – London, agency and start-up fintech experience, CIM part qualified and was completing exams and MSc Economics

Salary – On threshold with a fixed salary increase after 12 months guaranteed based on completion of CIM exams. Costs of exams to be paid for by company.
