Candidates

I work with experienced professionals across engineering, operations, supply chain, commercial leadership and technology.

Whether we’re talking about a specific role or simply making an initial introduction, my aim is to have a straightforward, confidential conversation about your experience and what you’d like to do next.

What to Expect

An initial conversation is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’d like to hear about your experience, what you enjoy about your work, and what you might be looking for in your next role.

If we’re discussing a specific opportunity, I’ll share what I know about the role, the business, and why the appointment is being made. My aim is to give you enough context to decide whether it’s worth exploring further.

Not every conversation leads to an immediate opportunity, and that’s absolutely fine. Sometimes it makes good sense simply to stay in touch.

Confidentiality

I understand that exploring another opportunity can feel sensitive, especially when you’re currently employed.

Our conversations are confidential. I won’t share your CV or professional details with a client, or approach your current employer, without discussing it with you first and obtaining your agreement.

If we’re considering a particular opportunity, I’ll explain who is involved and what information may need to be shared before anything moves forward.

Active Searches

Not every search I work on is advertised publicly. Some assignments are confidential, while others involve reaching out to people with particular experience or specialist skills.

If we’re discussing an active opportunity, I’ll share as much as I can about the role, the business and the recruitment process.

If there isn’t a suitable opportunity right now, I’d still welcome a conversation. We can stay in touch, and I can contact you when something more relevant comes along.

Register Interest

If you’d like to introduce yourself, I’d be glad to hear from you, whether you’re actively considering a move or simply thinking about what might come next.

You can use the short enquiry form to tell me a little about your professional experience and what you’re looking for. There’s no need to send a CV at this stage. If it makes sense to take the conversation further, we can discuss the next steps directly.

Let's Start a Conversation

An introduction is often the start of a longer professional relationship. I look forward to hearing from you.
